Insurance and Payment

All Ohio residents, regardless of ability to pay, will be considered for services with OGTN if they are living with gambling-related harms. Clients who are uninsured will not be turned away from services due to inability to pay, nor be expected to pay out-of-pocket for services or receive bills for services.


At Intake, proof of insurance will be requested from potential clients to be uploaded into the Client Portal. For those covered by insurance, claims for services will be submitted to the insurance company. However, regardless of amounts covered by insurance, clients will not be billed the difference or any costs for receiving services.


The Ohio Gambling Telehealth Network is available to Ohio residents at no cost through the support of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and Ohio for Responsible Gambling.
